Eat Healthy #2

Here is a light nutritious healthy recipe from the Ayurveda textbooks for you to use in times of influenza and gastrointestinal diseases epidemics and pandemics.

The name is Laja Peya.

Try it out....

For one serving

👉 Take 50 g of malar/aralukalu/nocake or oats and cook in five times water till soft

👉 Add 10 g of powdered corainder 5 g of powdered dry ginger and 3 g of powdered long pepper (Piper longum-Pippali if available)

👉 Add salt to taste and take it while its hot with mint chutney

👉 Alternatively you may add jaggery and very diluted milk/coconut milk instead of salt
